The Challenge

You needed day two of your annual marketing kickoff to bring your “Winning in a Competitive Environment” theme to life. The experience had to be engaging, competitive, and practical – helping teams develop strategic thinking and collaborative skills while reinforcing the behaviours needed to win in your market.

Our Solution

We designed and delivered a fully immersive business simulation where teams competed to rescue fictitious toy company ‘Ye Olde Toys’ from extinction. Using professional actors playing key company roles and strategically placed market insights, teams worked collaboratively and competitively to develop winning strategies, product positioning, and marketing plans.

The finale saw teams pitch their plans to a panel of ‘Dragons’ to secure vital funding, with winners determined by the right combination of strategy, skills, and behaviours. Every element – from actor scripting to team briefing materials – was designed to drive genuine learning while maintaining high energy and engagement.
